THE RED EXPERIENCE

From a very young age, Anthony had a passion for being in the kitchen. He recalls many amazing memories cooking with his mother and grandfather, and remembering his aunt Diane’s house always being the hub for the best holiday meals. Growing up Anthony was an only child so television was his best friend keeping him entertained while watching his favorite show ZOOM on local channel eleven.

Every day the cooking segment was his favorite. Born and raised in the Greater Chicagoland area, Anthony started his culinary journey at the age of seven by taking culinary tools into his own hands while "doctoring up" easy mac and frozen hot wings. Anthony's love for cooking was recognized, and he quickly moved up in position from there. After graduating high school, he explored his interest in cinematography, film, and video production while attending Southern Illinois University Carbondale. However, during that time, he kept his passion for cooking and was highly recognized for filling the dormitory halls with the most sensational smells.

Fueled by his many difficult life experiences, Anthony used these experiences to prompt him to use the impactful social media world to prepare his famed lobster mac and cheese dish. This dish not only sold out in less than an hour via social media but made Anthony realize that this was his passion and what he was meant to do. Anthony enjoyed launching the weekly meals that he continued to propel through the world of social media successfully.

 In 2019, Anthony created and launched The Red Experience, a meal prep, and lifestyle catering company based in the Greater Chicagoland area. His Owner and Chef role includes preparing and overseeing large catering events, weekly healthy meal preparation, menu planning, preparation, and private service. Anthony's flavor combinations are impeccable, full of comfort and love, which is exactly what you taste when you have one of his unique dishes.

Anthony lives his passion daily, and every meal he serves exemplifies his desire to create The Red Experience that exceeds his client's expectations and is memorable.
